We try to keep the information accurate and current, but we provide it as it is, with no warranty that it is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

The articles on NIS2, the CRA, GDPR and ISO standards explain general rules. They are not legal advice and do not replace an assessment of your own situation.

Intellectual property

The text, screenshots, graphics and marks on the site belong to Phalanx Systems or are used with their owners’ permission.

You may quote short passages with a credit. Any other reproduction, in particular for commercial use, needs our written consent.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, such as official texts of legislation. We are not responsible for their content or for how they process data.
